SHIPPING

Living on an island off an island, we're well aware that shipping costs can be frustrating, so we're delighted to be able to offer free shipping to all of our UK customers when they spend £50 or more. For our European and Global customers we've done our best to offer a choice of competitive rates, automatically calculated on the weight and volume of the goods selected and their destination. Options and prices are displayed at checkout, but please just get in touch if you have any queries. 

Please allow plenty of time for your goods to arrive. We have a limited postal service which can be disrupted by the weather - if the ferry isn't sailing there's not much we can do! If the seas are calm the post leaves Iona Mon-Fri at 10am. If orders are received before 8am we will endeavour to despatch that day. Our regular UK service takes 2-4 days so if speed is important please select the first class option which takes 1- 2 days. International times can vary enormously, please allow 2-3 weeks before contacting us.
